The message contains your name and contact details: we use them to reply to this request and for nothing else. How we handle them is explained in the privacy notice.

What happens when it reaches us
We call you back to understand two things we can’t see from here: how the electrical system is set up and whether there is mobile signal on site. That gives you a quote with separate items, devices, installation, subscription and SIM activation, instead of a single figure.
This form does not send anything to any server: it puts the text together and hands it to the channel you choose. What you write stays on your phone or in your email program until you press send. From that moment the privacy notice applies.
