When someone leaves, the remote control is still out there and nobody knows whether a copy was made. Here access is a phone number with a name next to it: it is removed in half a minute, and the device confirms it has removed it.
The line disappears only when the device has confirmed it has removed the number from its list: if the gate is unreachable at that moment, the revocation restarts on its own as soon as it is back online. No remote controls to get back, no reprogramming, no call-outs.

Contractors: days and times inside the command
The restriction is not a rule written on a sheet of paper: it travels inside the command and the device enforces it, so it applies even if the data connection is down.
With the Business Plan each contractor has its own days, its own hours and its own end date. It applies to people who open by calling the gate, which is how anyone who installs nothing gets in. People with the app can open outside the time slot too: if a contractor must not be able to do that, don’t give them the app.

One device per entrance: three entrances, three BGates AI 4G, at €69.00 each. For a business the plan is Business: €6.99 per month + VAT per device paying yearly, plus a one-off €29.99 + VAT activation fee, with time slots for contractors, an exportable log and device groups. Forty people cost no more: up to 1,000 numbers per device with the Business Plan.
On top of that comes the electrical installation, which goes into the quote.
No. The module drives a relay, that is it closes a contact for the set number of seconds, exactly as the opening button you already have would do. It is mounted on a DIN rail in the panel.
The electrical part is a job for an electrician, done once. From then on you add and remove people yourselves.
The scope is checked at every operation: whoever sold you the system sees the devices within their own scope, and an authorised person sees only the entrance they are authorised on.
The phone numbers and the history of openings are on our servers, in Germany, and we keep them on your behalf: the log stays readable for 12 months, then loses names and numbers. What is recorded, for how long and what a person can request is written in the notice for people who open the entrance: it is the text your HR department asks you for, and you do not have to write it yourselves.
We give you the text to hand to the people you authorise: you will find it in the management software and at app.bgates.it/informativa-utilizzatori.
No, and it is not made for that. The log is there to check an access, to notice an attempt, to know that a contractor has been: not to monitor people.
If the gate belongs to a workplace, employees must be informed beforehand, and you need to check whether a union agreement is required. The details are in the terms for customers and administrators.
